The process for developing a chronic disease is very similar for adults and children. Therefore, the programme for the reversal of chronic diseases that affect adults is also very similar to the programme for the recovery of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other chronic conditions that affect children.

Healing needs to happen from the inside out. The body knows how to heal itself. It does this by activating its cellular healing cycles, but if these healing cycles are blocked, healing doesn’t happen. A cell’s healing cycles can become blocked when there are more stressors or toxins than the cell can cope with. If you want to reverse the course of a chronic disease, you need to supply the cell with the nutrients and energy it needs to get rid of its toxins and consequently activate its healing cycle and heal and repair itself.

To deal with these chronic conditions, I have developed the following 2 therapeutic recovery programmes:

• RAPID gut repair programme
• RAD programme

The RAPID gut repair programme:

The RAPID gut repair programme addresses the cause(s) of poor gut health, which in turn can be caused by many factors that need to be identified before they can be addressed.

The RAD programme:

The RAD programme was designed for the recovery from Autism, ASD, AD(H)D and reversal of chronic diseases/conditions that affect both adults and children.

Optimising gut health is a major part of the recovery programme, therefore the RAPID gut repair programme is often used as part of the RAD programme.

What about brain function?

As a result of the presence of toxins in the brain, most children with Autism, ASD, AD(H)D, APD, ODD and other neuro-developmental conditions often develop learning, concentration and behaviour difficulties as well, so I have developed 2 separate educational recovery programmes to deal with any literacy and numeracy problems.

• LiveMaths programme

The SureReading programme:

The LiveMaths programme:

The LiveMaths programme was developed to ensure that all adults and children can learn how to perform the various (Mental) Mathematics skills with ease and confidence.
