Why do so many people have chronic diseases?
Over the last 50 years, the number of chronic diseases in both children and adults has increased dramatically. At the same time, the number of environmental toxins, food additives and the use of antibiotics have also increased dramatically. These are stressors to your gut. They can create inflammation and an unbalanced gut flora, which leads to a leaky gut. This means that environmental toxins, as well as toxins produced by the unbalanced gut flora, can now get into your blood supply.
These toxins can then be deposited in the tissues, including the brain, where they cause inflammation. Brain inflammation leads to destruction of brain cells and this can affect neural development, learning, memory, behaviour and mood.
Recently it was discovered that the vagus nerve, that connects the brain with the gut, is a bidirectional nerve, so toxins from the gut will affect the brain and emotional stress will affect the gut. If nothing changes, a chronic condition will remain chronic and often progress over time.
What can we do about chronic diseases?
The good news is that recent research from Dr. R. Naviaux has shown that most chronic conditions are reversible. Dr. D. Bredesen has achieved an over 70% success rate with reversing Alzheimer’s disease.
My passion is to help children recover from Autism Spectrum Disorders and adults from Alzheimer’s, long COVID and other chronic conditions.
Over the last 34 years, I have developed the RAD programme for the reversal of chronic diseases and conditions.
Through my RAD programme many children have since recovered from Autism and many adults from their chronic diseases and conditions.
