1. Brain Gym® Demo CD

This CD contains over 70 photographs of the Brain Gym® Exercises as well as a PowerPoint presentation that shows and explains clearly how and when to do all 26 Brain Gym® Activities and 6 additional Cross Crawl Movements. The Brain Gym® Demo CD is designed as a teaching tool. It is suitable for both adults and children and for use at home as well as in the classroom.

The CD can be used in the classroom to project the movement on the big screen or at home to verify that the correct points are held and the movements are done correctly. If you would like to make sure that you or your children are doing the Brain Gym® correctly you can book in for a Brain Gym® session through the Internet Consultations section.

2. Book: How to Elevate Your Health

A lot of research has been done on the gut recently. Hippocrates already stated in 400 BC: “All disease starts in the gut”. There are many symptoms that may be an indication that your gut is not working optimally. Some are obvious and some are not so obvious and since prevention is always easier than a cure, you may be able to avoid major health problems later on if you know what symptoms to pay attention to.

Recently I have been part of a group of 13 authors who have written a book together entitled: Elevate your Health. Each author talks about their favourite topic and shares some valuable tips that you can use to improve your health. My chapter is titled: Gut Revelations. It is a self-help chapter for anyone who would like to know how you can recognise the warning signals of poor gut health and what you can do about it. Most chronic diseases are caused by poor gut health and most Autistic children suffer from poor gut health as well. An imbalanced Microbiome (the microbes that live in the gut) can result in allergies, diarrhoea and/or constipation as well as behaviour, learning and developmental problems. This chapter also reveals how you can improve your Microbiome by following my “RAPID gut repair” programme.
