During a consultation my main goal is to assist you in reaching your goal(s). Your goal can be related to improving health, wellbeing, relationships, mood, memory, work performance or in the case of children: learning, behaviour, concentration or (neuro) development.

The body knows how to heal itself, so if your or your child’s body is not in optimum health or not functioning optimally, I aim to find the answer to the following three questions:

• What is causing this?
• Is anything preventing the body from healing itself?
• Does the body have everything it needs to heal itself or do we need to add something? (see RAD programme)

How do we find the answer to these three questions?

• To determine the root cause(s) of any issue, I use a variety of methods. You can read more about this on the Testing Services as well as the Kinesiology.
• To find out whether there is anything preventing the body from healing itself or actively blocking the healing process, I look at a variety of possibilities such as toxins, trauma, diet, lifestyle, lack of nutrients, emotions, gut health, brain health, inflammation. To investigate further, I may recommend one or more Functional Pathology tests, DNA testing or perform an Educational or Neuro-developmental assessment.
• Once we have identified the problem areas, we need to find the best way forward. This often requires a multi-therapy approach and I have developed several programmes that can assist with this (see Main Therapies, Specialised Therapies and Therapeutic Programmes under the Services drop down section of this website).

We will then start with the best suitable treatment or programme for you or your child.

Fee structure

• Consultations are AUD$220 per hour or $120 for half an hour for all Naturopathic and Nutrition Medicine consultations.
• For Professional development sessions, 10% GST needs to be added.
• Reduced fees are available for Health Care Card and Concession Card holders. Please contact me to enquire about these rates.

Payment options

You can pay by cash, cheque, Direct Debit, PayPal or credit card. If you prefer to pay by credit card using PayPal Secure Pay, a 2.5% Credit Card Payment fee will be added to your payment at the check-out (referred to as GST rate). For face-to-face consultations, you can pay by credit card via Square, which will incur a 2% surcharge. Payment is due in full on or before the day of the appointment. Supplements are extra.
